See your full Yuwell YH-450 therapy data

CPAP Clarity reads your Yuwell YH-450 SD card and shows you more than the phone app: your AHI by event type, your nightly pressure curve, average leak, and your real machine settings, all in your browser.

What CPAP Clarity shows you

AHI Breakdown
Obstructive + Hypopnea

Your YH-450 tallies obstructive apneas and hypopneas every minute, and CPAP Clarity shows the same AHI your Yuwell app does, broken down by event type. We match the app's number exactly, including the way it truncates the index.

Pressure Curve
Per-minute, cmH2O

The YH-450 logs one pressure sample per minute across the night. CPAP Clarity charts that curve so you can see how the auto algorithm moved your pressure, plus your achieved max and typical pressure.

Leak
Nightly average, L/min

The device records your average mask leak each night. CPAP Clarity surfaces the same average the Yuwell app shows, with a per-minute leak trace where the card logged one.

Machine Settings
Mode, pressure, ramp

Your YH-450 stores its mode, pressure range, ramp time, and humidity level. CPAP Clarity reads them straight from the SD card so you can confirm what your machine is actually set to.

Multi-Night History
Months on one card

The card holds a long run of nightly session files. Import regularly and CPAP Clarity builds your full history in your browser, with trends, compliance, and consistency over time.

Report-Verified
Matched to the app

Yuwell numbers in CPAP Clarity were checked against the YH-450 app's own Detailed Data report across multiple real nights, pinned in our test suite so the mapping cannot silently drift.

How to import your data

1

Remove the SD card

Power the machine off and take the SD card out of the YH-450. Any standard SD card reader works once the card is in your computer.

2

Insert into your computer

Plug the SD card into a USB card reader connected to your computer. You should see the card's folder appear.

3

Drop the folder on CPAP Clarity

Open CPAP Clarity, go to the import page, and drag the entire SD card folder onto the drop zone. CPAP Clarity reads everything automatically, in your browser.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does CPAP Clarity work with my Yuwell YH-450?

Yes. CPAP Clarity reads the Yuwell YH-450 (model YH450A) auto-CPAP SD card and shows your AHI breakdown, nightly pressure curve, average leak, and machine settings in your browser. If you have a different Yuwell model, tell us through the feedback page and send a few nights of SD card data so we can add it.

What does the YH-450 record on the SD card?

The card stores one summary sample per minute: your therapy pressure, your mask leak, and flags for obstructive apneas and hypopneas, plus a per-session header with your settings and the night's totals. It is summary-level data, not a high-resolution flow waveform, so it is compact and quick to read.

Why don't I see flow, snore, or respiratory rate?

Honest answer: the YH-450 does not record them. The card carries pressure, leak, and apnea/hypopnea events at one sample per minute, and that is all. Per-breath flow, tidal volume, minute ventilation, snore, and flow limitation are not in the format, so CPAP Clarity never fabricates them. AHI, pressure, and leak are the primary numbers for judging how therapy is going.

Can OSCAR read the Yuwell YH-450?

No. OSCAR does not have a loader for Yuwell's file format, so it cannot open a YH-450 card. CPAP Clarity reads it directly. Because there is no OSCAR reference for this device, we calibrated our numbers against the YH-450 app's own Detailed Data report across multiple nights instead.

How does this compare to the Yuwell app?

The Yuwell app shows you one night at a time on your phone. CPAP Clarity reads the same SD card on a computer and adds multi-night trends, compliance tracking, a therapy score, and the ability to line your CPAP nights up against a pulse oximeter or sleep wearable, all without an account or a cloud upload. The headline numbers match the app.

Is my data safe?

All processing happens in your browser. Your CPAP data never leaves your computer and is never uploaded to any server. CPAP Clarity stores your data in your browser's local storage so you can return to it later without re-importing.
