Is My CPAP Machine Supported? Full List
Every CPAP machine, oximeter and wearable CPAP Clarity reads, what you get from each, how it was checked, and the machines it cannot read yet.
CPAP Clarity reads six CPAP brands, the Wellue oximeter family and six wearables, in your browser, with nothing uploaded. If you have a ResMed AirSense 10 or 11, an AirCurve, a Philips DreamStation, a BMC, a Löwenstein Prisma Smart, a React Health Luna G3 or a Yuwell YH-450, YH-680/690 or YH-920, put the SD card in and it will read. The tables below say what each machine actually gives you, because "supported" is not one thing. Some machines record every breath. Some record one row per night.
What the three data levels mean
- Full detail. Breath-by-breath flow, per-event timing, pressure and leak traces. Everything a machine can record.
- Summary. One row per night: AHI, pressure, leak, usage. No waveforms, because the machine never wrote any to the card.
- Usage only. How long the mask was on. No AHI, no leak, no pressure.
The level is set by what your machine writes to its card, not by us. A summary-only machine is not being short-changed; it simply does not record more.
Usage-only is worth more than it sounds. Hours of use is the figure Medicare's adherence rule is built on, which asks for at least four hours on 70% of nights across a 30-day window during your first three months (CMS Local Coverage Determination L33718 (opens in new tab), and the Medicare rule explained). A machine that records nothing but hours still answers the question your insurer asks.

The AirStart 10 writes daily summaries and no waveforms, so you get AHI, pressure, leak and usage per night and no charts of the night itself. It is the only summary-class machine we build nightly numbers for, because it is the only one whose card layout we have checked against a real report. The S9 in the table is the AutoSet, Elite and VPAP; the S9 Escape and Escape Auto are not readable.
There is one ResMed naming trap. The AirSense 10 and 11 come in an AutoSet, an Elite and a For Her, which all record full detail, and also in a fixed-pressure model called the AirSense 10 CPAP or AirSense 11 CPAP. Those two write daily summaries only, and unlike the AirStart 10 their card layout has never been checked against a real report, so they are not readable today.
Two smaller notes. The AirMini has no SD card at all, so the only route in is the app's own export, and it carries usage without AHI, leak or pressure. And ResMed machines that pair with an oximeter record oxygen alongside therapy, covered on the paired oximeter page.
Philips

The DreamStation 2 writes an encrypted card. It is decrypted in your browser like everything else, and nothing is sent anywhere.
System One is not supported. It is an older format we have deliberately not taken on. If you put a System One card in, you get told that by name rather than a generic failure.

The Luna G3 ships in three firmware families and all three read; the Luna G3 data guide walks through what that card holds. Yuwell writes its own format that OSCAR cannot open at all, so those were worked out from scratch and checked a different way, which is why the right-hand column says something different for them. Where it says a community decoder, that is a separate project's Yuwell reader, not something you can reproduce by downloading OSCAR yourself.
Some Yuwell figures are deliberately not shown, and the Yuwell data guide works through each one. Leak is recorded in a way we have not been able to confirm means what it appears to mean, so rather than display a number that might be wrong, we show nothing and say why. The same applies to the overnight oxygen-drop count on every Yuwell with a built-in oximeter (the YH-680, YH-690 and YH-920), which all record oxygen too coarsely for that figure to be honest, and to tidal volume and breathing rate on the YH-920.

Machines we cannot read yet
Said plainly, because a clear no is more useful than a vague maybe:
- Fisher & Paykel (SleepStyle, Icon)
- Philips System One, and the Philips BiPAP S/T, AVAPS and ASV ventilators
- ResMed AirSense 10 CPAP and AirSense 11 CPAP, the fixed-pressure models described above
- ResMed S9 Escape and Escape Auto
- ResMed AirCurve 11 S and ST, a different therapy profile from the VAuto and ASV
- Resvent iBreeze
- DeVilbiss
- Löwenstein prismaLINE (prisma 20A, 25S, 25ST, 30ST), which is a different family from the Prisma Smart
- Other Yuwell models, including the YH-550, YH-560, YH-580 and YH-830
If yours is on that list, the import stops and shows you the machines it does read rather than failing silently. Two of them get a dead end that names the machine, the System One and the prismaLINE, because those we detect specifically. For the rest we can tell you we did not recognize the card, not what it came from. Every machine above was added because somebody sent in a card. If you have one of these and are willing to share your data, that is what makes support possible. We use what you send only to build support for your machine.
How to check for yourself
Take the SD card out of your machine, put it in your computer, and drop the whole card into the site. It runs in your browser. Nothing uploads, there is no account, and if the card is not one we read you get told which machine we think it is and why it did not work.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many CPAP machines does CPAP Clarity support?
Six CPAP brands: ResMed, Philips, BMC, React Health, Löwenstein and Yuwell. That covers the AirSense 10 and 11 AutoSet and Elite, AirCurve 10, AirCurve 11 ASV and VAuto, AirStart 10, S9 AutoSet and Elite, AirMini, DreamStation and DreamStation 2, BMC E-20A and G3 A20, Luna G3, Prisma Smart, and the Yuwell YH-450, YH-680, YH-690 and YH-920. Other Yuwell models, including the YH-550, YH-560, YH-580 and YH-830, are not supported.
Does CPAP Clarity work with Fisher & Paykel?
No. Fisher & Paykel machines are not supported. The import will stop and show you the list of machines it does read, with a way to send in your card so support can be built.
Why does my machine only show a nightly summary?
Because that is all it wrote to the card. The ResMed AirStart 10 records one row per night, so you get AHI, pressure, leak and usage without any charts of the night itself. The Yuwell YH-450 is similar: per-minute pressure and events, but no breath-by-breath trace. No software can show detail a machine never recorded.
Do I need an SD card reader?
For a CPAP machine, yes. The data lives on the card, and the card has to reach your computer. The ResMed AirMini is the exception, since it has no card and imports through its own app export instead.
Is my data uploaded anywhere?
No. Every machine on this page is read in your browser. There is no account, and your therapy data never reaches a server.
