Understanding Your CPAP Data
Learn to read your CPAP numbers, interpret pressure graphs, and understand what your SD card data means for your therapy.
Your CPAP machine records detailed therapy data every night, including AHI events, leak rates, pressure curves, and breathing-pattern signals. Almost none of that data shows up in the consumer apps that ship with the machine. Articles in this category teach you what each metric means, where the data lives, and how to read it well enough to have a useful conversation with your sleep clinic.
Start with what AHI actually measures if you are new to CPAP data, or with the SD card import walkthrough if you have your card in hand and want to see your numbers tonight. Users who have already imported and want to understand what they are looking at usually jump straight to how to read your CPAP data.
Most of these guides reference your own data. CPAP Clarity reads your SD card client-side (your therapy data never leaves your browser), so you can follow along with the article on one tab and your dashboard on another.
